Wallboard: The 50mm sandwich-style wallboards are constructed with expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, which has a density of 18kg/m³. The outer layer consists of color-coated steel panels that are powder coated, providing durability and resistance to rust for up to 20 years. With a thickness of 0.8mm, these panels offer excellent insulation properties while remaining lightweight.
Basement: The construction features a 300mm high powder-coated basement with a full floor of grates arranged in 5 rows. The three center rows are filtered, while the two outer rows have flat pans beneath the filters. Additionally, the design includes full-width ramps aligned with the door openings for easy access.
Door: 3-door and 4-door style doors offer an effective solution for sealing the opening while maintaining an attractive and functional appearance. The inclusion of large windows allows for clear viewing and monitoring of operations within the spray booth. The design requires minimal clearance in front of the booth and evenly distributes the door's weight on both sides of the column. Additionally, the system includes a single emergency exit door for safety.
Air Intake & Exhaust Fan: We employ a 7.5 kW turbo intake fan boasting an impressive air flow of 25,000 m³/h, complemented by a 7.5 kW turbo exhaust fan with identical airflow capacity. These fans are equipped with robust full copper wire cores, ensuring exceptional durability and reliable performance.
Ducting: Made of Galvanized steel sheet, consisted of straight duct 750×750×1000.
Ceiling Filter: Ceiling filter captures granules bigger than 5 μm, needs to be changed every 1000 working hours.
Exhaust Filter: The system features a Fibreglass Exhaust Filter G2/EU2 Grade, serving to capture paint and dust emissions effectively during painting operations. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach up to 98%.
Burner: Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 20000Kcal/h. The heating time 5-7min (20-60°C). Max. temperature at 80°C.
Heat Exchanger: Our heating system features dual stainless steel layers, enhancing safety and achieving an impressive heat exchange rate of 85%. Additionally, the dual layers incorporate two wings to accelerate temperature rise efficiently, thereby optimizing energy savings.
Control Box: The system is composed of PLC, air pressure switch, and Snyder electronic components. High-quality BELIMO 20N Electric damper.
Ceiling Light: 8 units x 4 pcs of 24w LED lamps. Total 32 pcs of 24w LED lamps. 1000 Lux.
Side Light: Side lights can be added to walls if requested.
Ceiling lights and side lights are accessed from outside the booth and mounted behind a permanently installed glass. This will guarantee the isolation of the light and the hazardous areas, and provide a flat interior surface of the booth.
