Nebular may collect the details people provide directly through
the website, including names, phone numbers, email addresses,
company or workshop details, addresses, enquiry notes, uploaded
files, and any order or checkout information submitted through the
site.
The site may also record technical details such as IP address,
browser or device information, timestamps, and basic request data
where that helps with spam filtering, security, order processing,
or website administration.

Website analytics
Nebular measures how public pages are used so it can improve the
website and understand which areas may need its services. This
includes pages viewed, approximate time and scroll depth, links
clicked, referring website, device type, and an estimated town,
region and country. The location is inferred from the internet
connection and may be inaccurate; GPS location is not requested.
The visitor's IP address is used briefly for the location lookup
and to calculate a daily visitor count, but it is not kept in the
analytics records. The address is sent to an external geolocation
service for the lookup. A random identifier may be stored in the
browser to estimate return visits. Form contents and full referral
URLs are not recorded. Browser Do Not Track settings are respected.
Payments and service providers
If the online store is used, payment processing may be handled by
third-party providers such as PayPal. Nebular does not need to
store full payment card numbers on its own server to complete
those payments.
Customer information may also be shared where reasonably needed
with providers involved in running the website or fulfilling a
request, such as hosting, email, payment, backup, or courier
services.
Cookies, sessions, and browser storage
The site may use session cookies or browser storage to keep admin
logins working, preserve store cart contents, remember settings,
and support page functionality. Those tools are mainly used for
practical site operation rather than broad advertising tracking.
Retention and security
Nebular keeps information for as long as it is reasonably needed
for support, order history, invoicing, backups, legal obligations,
and security. Reasonable steps are taken to protect the data that
is stored, but no internet-connected system can promise absolute
security.
